However with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, this is expected to grow to 46MW of Qualified (Live + UC + Committed) IT per million capita.
By Live IT, Seoul remains dominated by the legacy local telecom players. International players began making their entry into the market from 2020, with international growth concentrated in Incheon where the vestiges of power availability remain.
