BDDC is a part of Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia (BDIA) which is Provident Capital (“Provident”) and PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk, and along with a Macquarie Asset Management Consortium as a strategic partner.
Bersama Digital Infrastructure holds a 62.4 per cent stake in PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk. (“Tower Bersama”), a leading independent telecom towers business in Indonesia with over 20,500 towers and 39,000 tenancies as at 31 December 2021.
Bersama Digital Data Centers is known as a subsidiary of Bersama Digital Infrastructure Asia Pte Ltd, an entity registered as the controller of PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) with a percentage share ownership of 74.97% until March 2023.
