Conapto was established in 2018 September, when Segulah Fund V carved out Nordic operations of US headquartered Sungard Availability Services and launched an independent company. During Segulah ownership, Conapto has upgraded and expanded it data centre facilities.
In July 2021, Segulah has sold 100% stake of Conapto to Marguerite II.
