Iliad

Overview

Iliad, founded in 1991 by Xavier Niel, is one of the major telecommunications groups in France. The group is an integrated high-speed fixed and mobile operator and offers services in: internet access, fixed telephone, audiovisual content distribution, and mobile telephony services. Iliad operates in it's largest market France, but also in Italy through the brand Iliad Italia launched in 2020 and where 10 million customers were subscribed to it's mobile services in 2022. The group's third market is Poland, which it entered through the acquisition of Polish mobile operator Play in 2020 and fixed operator UPC Polska in 2022.
