Overview

MedOne provides IT services in Israel since 1997. With multiple data centres already live and four facilities either under construction or in the committed stage, this company is expected to become the largest operator in the country in terms of live IT capacity.

In July 2022, Berkshire Partners acquired 49% of the company for around $215 million from the Livnat family who still own the rest of the business.

Their Tirat Carmel, Ramla, Kfar Yona and Dimona campuses will provide space for cloud providers, enterprise colocation operators as well as governmental digital infrastructures.
