MEEZA QSTP LLC, is one of the main data centre operator in Qatar, managing retail as well as wholesale colocation facilities. Founded in 2008, the Company is currently owned at 80% by Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (a state-owned non-profit organisation) and at 20% by Ooredoo QPSC.
In Q2 2023, MEEZA announced their plans to complete its IPO. It is expected that 50% of its issued Share Capital will start trading on the Qatar Stock Exchange by the end of Q3 2023.
Within two out of its five data centres, MEEZA provides space to one of the main cloud providers, the rest of the space is dedicated to enterprise tenants. The company has also helped the Qatari government in their transition to digital infrastructures and services.
