Overview
Founded in 1999 as e-via, Retelit began as a telecommunications company with investment into fibre optic network infrastructure and wireless services. From 2017, Retelit began expanding it's network in land and submarine routes, as well as strengthening it's services in cybersecurity and managed solutions. In 2020, the company completed the purchase of PA Group and Brennercom, and in 2021 Retelit is in turn acquired by The Asterion Industrial Partner fund and is delisted.
