Overview

TalkTalk Telecom Group is a telecommunication company publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange until 2021 when it was acquired by Toscafund Asset Management and Penta Capital for £1.1 billion.

Initially founded as Carephone Warehouse's subsidiary, it became independent from the latter in 2010. TalkTalk provide a wide array of telecom services from broadband, fixed-line, television and mobile services. The company operates two data centres in the UK to help run its operations.
