EdgeConneX New Albany South

Overview

EdgeConneX is developing a multi-phase data center campus in New Albany, Ohio.

Phase I involves the conversion of a 524,525 sq ft single-story warehouse at 9850 Innovation Campus Way into a data center, with completion expected in April 2026. Phase II includes construction of a new two-story 700,000 sq ft data center and a separate 80,000 sq ft energy center, both scheduled for substantial completion by Q3 2027.

Power to the site will be provided by the PowerConneX New Albany Energy Center, a 120 MW natural gas-fired facility that will operate behind-the-meter.
