Overview
In May 2025, Danish real estate company Thylander announced their intention to build a data centre in Esbjerg Kommune. The data centre will be Danish-owned and operated, but aims to attract hyperscale clients.
It will target an RFS date of 2026, coming online with 10-20 MW IT load. Thylander say they aim to expand the data centre to 200 MW across several stages.
