Overview
South Valley is part of Tract's answer to the increased number of designated technology parks. The anticipated 1530 acre technology park will be able to support up to individual campuses, Tract-operated or otherwise. There is no word yet on the delivery date for the campuses and power, but Tract promises 1.25GW across the park.
