Overview
Campus Data Navarra is a large-scale, multi-phase data centre development by VDR Group and Colliers located in Gazólaz, Navarre.
With a planned total capacity of 300 MW across 200,000 m² and four purpose-built buildings, the site is designed to support high-density computing workloads and attract AI, cloud, and telecom clients. The first phase, delivering 50 MW, is scheduled for 2027, with full build-out by 2029.
Positioned near the A-12 and A-15 motorways, the site offers excellent connectivity and proximity to key fibre routes linked to subsea cables in Bilbao and Barcelona.
The campus will connect to the grid via a new 220 kV link to the nearby Orkoien substation. Planning approval is anticipated by late 2025, supporting the site's accelerated delivery timeline thanks to pre-developed land.
