We are now seeking a world-class Content Manager to help drive our next phase of international growth and innovation.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to take ownership of DC Byte’s global content strategy and lead the end-to-end execution of all content initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires exceptional organisational skills and creativity.
You will work closely with research, marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality content that enhances DC Byte’s reputation and drives engagement across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the global content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Project manage cross-functional teams (research, marketing, design) to ensure timely delivery of content initiatives.
- Develop and produce a wide range of content formats, including: Long-form reports and thought leadership pieces, Blogs and articles, Infographics and data visualisations, Website and email copy, Social media content, Press releases and media communications
- Manage the full content lifecycle—from ideation and planning to production, publication, and performance analysis.
- Maintain and optimise the global content calendar, coordinating with stakeholders across regions (APAC, Americas, EMEA).
- Drive engagement through compelling campaigns, including email sequences and social media strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.
- Build relationships with media outlets and manage press communications to amplify DC Byte’s presence.
- Track and analyse performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates) and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital engagement.
You’ll likely be successful in this role if you have
- Proven experience in content strategy and execution within B2B or technology sectors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
- Experience producing diverse content formats (reports, blogs, infographics, press releases, web copy, social media).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (Google, SemRush), PR (Cision).
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
