We are now seeking a world-class Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of international growth and innovation.

The Opportunity: Architecting Revenue with Financial Rigour
You’ll be the central connector between Sales, Marketing, Services, and Finance. You will own the systems, processes, and analytics and tracking required to deliver the strategy. This is a unique opportunity to help drive how we scale.

This role reports directly into senior leadership (CEO or CFO to be confirmed) and will be responsible for performance acceleration through the optimising of systems, process, planning and strategy execution.

What You’ll Do
Your mission is to ensure scalable systems, processes and strategies and the alignment of execution across all functions.
Build & Own RevOps Infrastructure

  • CRM Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the CRM platform (HubSpot experience is crucial), ensuring its health, scalability, functonality, data integrity and optimal configuration.
  • Tech Stack Management: Manage our CRM and GTM tool stack (HubSpot, Mosaic, ChurnZero, etc. – we’re currently trialling a few more tools) owning integrations to ensure a single, reliable source of truth.
  • Data-Integrity & Insights: Establish data governance policies and standards alongside all functions ensuring data quality and integrity across GTM systems. Establish data driven insights in terms of commerical performance (regional, product, segment etc), pricing performance, acceleration etc.
  • Process Design: Design, document, configure and train scalable processes across the full customer lifecycle, with a focus on P&P, customer journey, tools adoption and full funnel visibility, including identifying and implementing automation, efficiency and validation steps where possible. Ensure GTM excellence as required (eg segment, product, P&P, order to cash etc) including efficiency and automation.

Financial Control & Process Optimisation

  • Commercial Checkpoint: Act as a commercial validation for deal structures, ensuring orders are in line with policies, pricing in line with strategy, evaluation of non-standard opportunities, contract compliance, and readiness for billing/execution etc.
  • Process Optimisation & Enablement: Identify process optimisation and excellence opportunities in our revenue funnel and drive cross-functional process improvements across all GTM teams.
  • Services Profitability: Build and refine processes for professional services scoping, delivery, and margin analysis to ensure visibility into delivery capacity, project timelines, and profitability.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales enablement with operational playbooks and performance insights, processes and training to drive efficiency and adoption of best practices.

Reporting, Forecasting & Growth Cadence

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor GTM KPIs and dashboards while building and delivering operational / improvement focused reporting and analysis, such as segment and cohort performance, price stickiness, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), etc.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Partner with GTM leadership to build accurate forecasts and attribution models that feed directly into financial planning.
  • Operational Cadence: Manage the GTM operational cadence, including forecasting, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), capacity planning, and pipeline reviews.
  • Quota & Territory Design: Closely collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership during revenue and quota planning cycles, taking the lead for territory and quota planning to align top-down targets with rep-level deployment.

Lay the Groundwork for Future Growth

  • Define and evolve the RevOps roadmap as we scale.
  • Prepare to build and lead a RevOps function as the company’s needs evolve.

Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations role within a B2B SaaS or Subscription-based company.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong working knowledge of the subscription business model (ARR, Revenue Recognition) and experience working closely with a Finance team/CFO.
  • CRM Expertise: Deep, hands-on administrative and functional experience with HubSpot, including custom object creation, workflow automation, and reporting data design, product configuraiton etc.
  • Analytical Rigour: Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and build sophisticated models and insightful dashboards.
  • Automation native: Any processes you build, should be built to be automated first.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts and data analysis into clear, strategic business insights for executive audiences.

Ideal, But Not Required

  • Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality.
  • Technical/quantitative background with experience in Python, SQL, and APIs.
