Cibicom

Overview

Cibicom A/S is an independent network operator and Internet Service Provider. It owns and runs a network of radio and TV broadcast towers across Denmark. Cibicom also provides services to Kystradioen – a Danish defence and infrastructure for telecom operators.

Since 2018 November, Cibicom is owned by Agilitas Private Equity

LLP - a European equity fund. The company changed its name in May 2019 to

become Cibicom. Previously it was known as Teracom.

Cibicom also has two, 100% owned subsidiaries - Danish

activities of Swedish Relacom (renamed as Cibicom Services A/S) and Danish activities

of Norwegian ICE Group's "ICE Denmark ApS" (otherwise known as

Cibicom Mobility ApS).

In 2022, Cibicom has acquired distribution antenna systems solutions provider – Telpartner and bought out NNIT’s infrastructure outsourcing business.
