Overview

KIO Networks opened in Mexico in 2002. I Squared Capital became its major shareholder. KIO has data centres in Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala. The company had developed a smaller portfolio in Spain before selling the assets to Spanish commercial operator El Corte Ingles in late 2024. At the moment, it is the biggest data centre supplier in Mexico, offering both wholesale and retail colocation services.
