Overview

nLighten was established by I Squared Capital in 2023 through it's ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III. nLighten provides data centre services primarily in Germany, through the acquisition of EXA Infrastructure's portfolio (formerly GTT). In the same year, the company acquired French operator Euclyde Data Centers and it's six facilities located throughout France.
