Overview
YTL Johor Data Center 3 is planned with an IT load capacity of 80MW and supports 52RU rack configurations. The data hall is built with a floor loading capacity of 15kN/sqm and does not include raised flooring.
The facility is designed with a concurrently maintainable, distributed redundant low-voltage (LV) power distribution system that supports both IT and cooling infrastructure. Cooling is delivered via a concurrently maintainable N+1 chilled water system, supplemented by a thermal buffer storage tank. It integrates a direct-to-chip (DTC) liquid cooling system to support AI workloads, with a targeted PUE of below 1.3.
