As constraints around power availability, grid capacity, and land continue to impact Frankfurt, operators and investors are increasingly looking towards secondary markets such as Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf and Hamburg for future growth opportunities.

- Frankfurt power connection timelines can now reach up to 15 years
- Germany’s pipeline capacity across key regions has grown from under 1 GW in 2020 to nearly 4 GW by 2025
