- Marketing Automation & CRM: Manage our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot) for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation. Ensure data integrity within the CRM and provide regular performance reports.
- Sales Alignment: Act as the key marketing liaison for the Americas sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the right messaging, content, and campaign support to meet their targets.
- Event Support: Provide marketing support for regional trade shows and events, including pre-show promotion, at-show support, and post-show lead management and follow-up. Some travel will be required.
- Content & Social Media: Utilise social media, video marketing, and other content formats to engage our target audience and amplify our brand message in the region.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with a focus on demand generation or growth marketing.

- Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise campaigns for performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A highly motivated, results-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience working in either an in-house marketing team or a B2B agency environment.
- Knowledge of the IT, technology, or Data Center industry is a significant advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- SA collaborative team player who thrives on working closely with sales teams to drive revenue.
